Flo-Tech’s recognition as an HP Document Solutions Specialist (DSS) will continue into 2013. The DSS program includes a very select group of partners across the country. In addition to completing the DSS certification process, to be eligible and qualify as a DSS Partner, Flo-Tech had to have proven experience and success in consultative software sales and support in document management, security, mobility, and/or other related software solutions.

As a DSS partner, Flo-Tech is recognized for our skills, knowledge and expertise in implementing comprehensive and complex print management solutions including related software solutions. As an HP Document Solutions Specialist, Flo-Tech is “certified to provide HP-branded solutions, manufacturer-agnostic software solutions, and independent partner solutions.” These solutions are focused on secure printing, mobile printing, electronic document management, rules-based printing as well as industry specific applications.

In addition to earning the HP Document Solutions Specialist designation, Flo-Tech is recognized as an HP Managed Print Advanced Specialist (HP’s highest level designation for Imaging and Printing Partners) and an HP ServiceOne Expert Partner (HP’s highest level service partner designation).
