John Byxbee, President
John Byxbee, President, came to Flo-Tech in 2015 as VP of Sales with over 25 years of experience in office imaging solutions and MPS, most recently at COS-Xerox/Global Imaging Systems in Indianapolis where he successfully integrated three distinct businesses into a single operating company. He also held various management positions at IKON Office Solutions, and led the strategy, business development and P/L for one of their largest business units. Included among John’s vast areas of expertise are new business development, process re-engineering, market and service innovation, and customer relations. John is now responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company including employee development, customer satisfaction, and business plan results.
Peter Massaro, VP of Service & Operations
Peter Massaro, VP of Engineering, came to Flo-Tech in 1997 after serving our country with the U.S. Navy. Overseeing Research & Development, Engineering and Quality Control, he has been instrumental in getting our products becoming STMC certified by the International Imaging Technology Council. In 2008, he took Six Sigma Lean classes and became Black Belt certified. Pete also has developed over twenty patented technologies in his name during his time at Flo-Tech!
Donald Foley, VP of Strategic Accounts
Donald Foley, VP of Strategic Accounts, came to Flo-Tech in 2018 with over 35 years of experience in office imaging solutions and MPS. Donald was previously at Canon Solutions America in Albany, New York where he started the branch in 2008 and grew it into a highly profitable organization. He also held various management positions at IKON Office Solutions, including being the Area Vice President of the Metropolitan New York Area, acting as the functional CEO with top and bottom line responsibilities. Don’s vast areas of expertise include new business development, customer retention, production, service delivery & contribution, and customer relations. Don is now responsible to lead the sales organization in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware regions, as well as customer satisfaction.
John Fraitzl, VP of Strategic Accounts
John Fraitzl, VP of Strategic Accounts, joined the Flo-Tech team in May of 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge with his 30 years expereince in the office technology and outsourcing industry. He was most recently with Ricoh, USA and formerly IKON Office Solutions. John has been leading highly successful sales teams as a Director of Sales or General Sales Manager for the better part of his career. His primary focus has always been on the customer and the employee. This will certainly be no different here at Flo-Tech. Driving individual, team, and company business plan results with keen attention to present customers and dedicated focus to gaining the trust of new customers. John earned his BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Econimics at the University of New Hampshire.
Leo Bonetti, Founder and Chairman Emeritus
Leo Bonetti, CEO and Founder, has fueled Flo-Tech’s growth since inception in 1992 by bringing innovative Managed Print Services programs and high quality products to the marketplace.
