All of our technicians are cross trained for repair service and preventative maintenance on printers, copiers and MFPs, both color and mono devices. They go through an extensive manufacturer training certification process and work closely with field sales organization. Customer service, customer communications and team communications are a strong focus across Flo-Tech’s service organization.
