Leo Bonetti, CEO

Leo Bonetti, CEO and Co-Founder, has fueled Flo-Tech’s growth since it’s inception in 1992 by bringing innovative Managed Print Services programs and high quality products to the marketplace. Leo’s vision, commitment to customer service and focus on employee satisfaction has built Flo-Tech into one of the fastest growing companies in the region. Recognized as leader in the industry, he is a sought after advisor on industry panels such as HP’s Partner Advisory Board. Leo has also been recognized as one of the "Top 40 Most Influential People in the Imaging Industry" by The Week in Imaging.  Leo’s involvement and support for community led to Flo-Tech partnerships with local non-profits and the creation of an employment program for people with disabilities.

 

Steve Therrien, COO

Steve Therrien, COO and Co-Founder, has overseen the growth of Flo-Tech’s Service Organization, Production and Quality Control Programs since establishing Flo-Tech in 1992. He has spearheaded the implementation of advanced technologies, Six Sigma processes and extensive research and development as part of Flo-Tech’s Quality Control and Assurance programs. Steve was also instrumental in Flo-Tech becoming STMC (Standards Test Methods Committee) Certified by the International Imaging Technology Council.

 

 

Joe Miller, CIO

Joe Miller, CIO has guided the development of Flo-Tech’s technology and application infrastructure to support Flo-Tech’s high volume transaction environment. Joe has implemented technologies and best practices in data security, disaster recovery and business continuity to deliver the highest service levels to our clients. Joe has also been instrumental in the development of a number of key Managed Print Services applications that provide added value to Flo-Tech customers, including Flo-Tech’s Alert Management Software™, Flo-Tech Connect™ and extensive customer reporting applications. To support these and other IT initiatives, Joe has an experienced programming staff with expertise in business applications and process automation, business-to-business web portal technologies, accounting applications and service delivery automation.

  

Scott MacGregor, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Scott MacGregor joined Flo-Tech in 1998, with 17+ years of sales and sales management experience in the industry including national sales and sales management at Pitney Bowes. Scott has been instrumental in building Flo-Tech’s professional sales organization and is committed to continuous professional development. As part of that commitment, he requires all members of his team to become CDIA+ (Certified Document Imaging Architect) Certified making Flo-Tech’s sales and sales management team the most knowledgeable in the business. This is one of many initiatives he has implemented that has earned Flo-Tech the reputation as a premier provider in the Managed Print Services arena. Scott has been recognized by the American Business Awards being named as a 2005 finalist for Best Sales Executive. 

 

Mike Assunto, Vice President of Service

Mike Assunto brings 25 years of copier and printer service experience to Flo-Tech. Prior to joining Flo-Tech, Mike held key management positions at Northern Business Systems, as Director of Service and IKON Office Solutions as Marketplace Director of Service for New York City. Since joining Flo-Tech, he has expanded Flo-Tech’s service organization of experienced technicians to maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Mike is committed to technical excellence and the professional development of his service team implementing extensive certification processes and training curriculums along with a career development and recognition program. Mike has also implemented key technologies to support technicians in the field including Service n’Hand and Service intranet applications.
