2/07  Flo-Tech’s Service Department receives 2 HP Awards for outstanding service performance

Flo-Tech’s Service Department was recognized by HP for outstanding performance in Q4 2006 with the HP Performance ExcellenceAward for Premier Service and Support and the HP Partner Recognition Award.  This the third time Flo-Tech was recognized with HP’s  Performance Excellence Award for Premier Service and Support.  This is the highest level recognition that an HP authorized service provider can achieve.  This award is based on customer satisfaction, first time fix rate, and value of parts used.  To receive the HP Partner Recognition Award, Flo-Tech was nominated by our HP Partner Service Delivery Manager who is allowed to nominate only 1 partner from per quarter for this recognition.  There are a total of 26 nominations nationwide.  This is the second time Flo-Tech has received this award in the past 3 quarters.
