Community Commitment

Flo-Tech’s commitment to sustainability extends to a policy of social and community involvement. Listed below are just some of the ways we give back to our community:

Employment Program for People with Disabilities Flo-Tech has partnered with a local non-profit organization to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This program has been so successful, Flo-Tech was honored by the organization as their “Employer of the Year”.

Support for charities and non-profits Flo-Tech provides support to many local charities and non-profit organizations inlcuding the Connecticut Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, The Arthritis Foundation, Junior Achievement, The Make A Wish Foundation, The Susan G. Koman Foundation, The Shriner's Hospital and the American Forests Association.

Protecting our environment  Flo-Tech has implemented many initiatives to raise awareness and support for the environment including annual campaigns to support Earth Hour and Environmental Education Week, an annual client recognition campaign for Earth Day and planting trees in honor of our clients through the American Forest Association.  These initiatives are all part of Flo-Tech's EnVision for the Environment Program.
