Flo-Tech offers career development opportunities for our service technicians with a multi-level career path that ranges from trainee to field service management. This performance based program is providing our technicians with growth opportunities focused on professional and technical development and providing them additional advanced training opportunities. Our technicians receive extensive hands on training at Flo-Tech’s in-house training facility with a dedicated training staff including a senior training manager who is T3 (Train the Trainer) certified on the latest printing and imaging technology by industry leading manufacturers. Customer Service and Client Support Opportunities:
Flo-Tech takes a team approach in supporting our clients to deliver the highest levels of customer service and be responsive to customer requirements, issues and inquiries. We have a team of Client Support Managers that work as part of an account management team providing support to an assigned set of sales representatives and base of Flo-Tech customers. Learn more
Flo-Tech also has a team of Customer Care coordinators that provide outstanding customer service responding to all incoming customer calls for order placement, service requests and other customer inquiries. The customer care team also works with the Service Organization dispatching service resources for incoming service requests.
