Leo Bonetti, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Leo Bonetti, CEO and Founder, has fueled Flo-Tech’s growth since inception in 1992 by bringing innovative Managed Print Services programs and high quality products to the marketplace. Leo’s vision, commitment to customer service, and focus on employee satisfaction has built Flo-Tech into one of the fastest growing companies in the region. Recognized as a leader in the industry, he is a sought after adviser on industry panels such as HP’s Partner Advisory Board. Leo has also been recognized as one of the “Top 40 Most Influential People in the Imaging Industry” by The Week in Imaging. Leo’s involvement and support for community led to Flo-Tech partnerships with local non-profits and the creation of an employment program for people with disabilities.
Joe Miller, Chief Technology Officer
Joe Miller, CTO, is responsible for helping customers select, plan for and implement printing and imaging software and solutions available to solve problems in their environment. Some of those solutions include secure print, mobile print, job tracking, scanning workflows, device security and document management. Joe and team also help customers with production print/copy needs and the specialized hardware and software common to those very high-volume environments. Lastly, Joe helps to ensure that customers get full use of and value from the technical products and services included in their Flo-Tech Managed Print Services agreement. Joe formerly served as Flo-Tech’s CIO from 1996 to mid-2017 and during that time was instrumental in the development of several key Flo-Tech MPS technologies, including both Alert Management Software and Predictive Service engine. During his tenure as CIO, his technology contributions were pivotal in our selection as a CIO 100 award winner in 2013.
Mike Matthews, Director of Service
Mike Matthews, Director of Service, joined Flo-Tech in 2005 after more than 20 years in the printer and copier service industry. Mike has held key influential positions, not only as a technician, but as Service Manager and now as Director of Service. Mike’s focus is to continue the technical training and professional development of the entire service team, and to provide the them with the tools to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes, customer service and support to every Flo-Tech customer.
Peter Massaro, VP of Engineering
Peter Massaro, VP of Engineering, came to Flo-Tech in 1997 after serving our country with the U.S. Navy. Overseeing Research & Development, Engineering and Quality Control, he has been instrumental in getting our products becoming STMC certified by the International Imaging Technology Council. In 2008, he took Six Sigma Lean classes and became Black Belt certified. Pete also has developed over twenty patented technologies in his name during his time at Flo-Tech!
Steven Watson, Chief Financial Officer
Steven Watson, CFO, joined Flo-Tech in late 2014 with 18 years of financial and accounting experience and came to us from Latex Foam International, where he was CFO. He has expertise in identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing solutions and leveraging his IT prowess to take advantage of those opportunities. Prior to joining LI, he was the Corporate Controller at Rossi American Hardwoods, a $100 million producer of high quality hardwoods. He also served as Accounting Manager for various product divisions at Stanley Works Inc., ranging from $150 to $350 million in sales. In both capacities he helped streamline their accounting and auditing processes through Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing. He also gained experience in Sarbanes Oxley and business reorganization while working at Stanley Works.
John Byxbee, VP of Sales
John Byxbee, VP of Sales, came to Flo-Tech in 2015 with over 25 years of experience in office imaging solutions and MPS, most recently at COS-Xerox/Global Imaging Systems in Indianapolis where he successfully integrated three distinct businesses into a single operating company. He also held various management positions at IKON Office Solutions, and led the strategy, business development and P/L for one of their largest business units.
