Leo Bonetti, CEO
Leo Bonetti, CEO and Founder, has fueled Flo-Tech’s growth since inception in 1992 by bringing innovative Managed Print Services programs and high quality products to the marketplace. Leo’s vision, commitment to customer service, and focus on employee satisfaction has built Flo-Tech into one of the fastest growing companies in the region. Recognized as a leader in the industry, he is a sought after adviser on industry panels such as HP’s Partner Advisory Board. Leo has also been recognized as one of the “Top 40 Most Influential People in the Imaging Industry” by The Week in Imaging. Leo’s involvement and support for community led to Flo-Tech partnerships with local non-profits and the creation of an employment program for people with disabilities.
Joe Miller, CIO
Joe Miller, CIO, has guided the development of Flo-Tech’s technology and application infrastructure to support Flo-Tech’s high volume transaction environment. Joe has implemented technologies and best practices in data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity to deliver the highest service levels to our clients. Joe has also been instrumental in the development of a number of key Managed Print Services applications that provide added value to Flo-Tech customers, including Flo-Tech’s Alert Management Software™, Flo-Tech Connect™ and extensive customer reporting applications. To support these and other IT initiatives, Joe has an experienced programming staff with expertise in business applications and process automation, business-to-business web portal technologies, accounting applications, and service delivery automation.
Mike Assunto, VP of Service and Operations
Mike Assunto brings 25 years of copier and printer service experience to Flo-Tech. Prior to joining Flo-Tech, Mike held key management positions at Northern Business Systems, as Director of Service and IKON Office Solutions as Marketplace Director of Service for New York City. Since joining Flo-Tech, he has expanded Flo-Tech’s service organization of experienced technicians to maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Mike is committed to technical excellence and the professional development of his service team, implementing extensive certification processes and training curriculums along with a career development and recognition program. Mike has also implemented key technologies to support technicians in the field, including FieldAccess’s FieldConnect mobile application as well as our Service intranet portal.
Peter Massaro, VP of Engineering
Peter came to Flo-Tech in 1997 after serving our country with the U.S. Navy. Overseeing Research & Development, Engineering and Quality Control, he has been instrumental in getting our products STMC certified by the International Imaging Technology Council. In 2008, he took Six Sigma Lean classes and became Black Belt certified. Pete also has NINE patented technologies in his name developed during his time at Flo-Tech!
Steven Watson, CFO
Steven joined Flo-Tech in late 2014 with 18 years of financial and accounting experience and came to us from Latex Foam International, where he was CFO. He has expertise in identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing solutions and leveraging his IT prowess to take advantage of those opportunities. Prior to joining LI, he was the Corporate Controller at Rossi American Hardwoods, a $100 million producer of high quality hardwoods. He also served as Accounting Manager for various product divisions at Stanley Works Inc., ranging from $150 to $350 million in sales. In both capacities he helped streamline their accounting and auditing processes through Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing. He also gained experience in Sarbanes Oxley and business reorganization while working at Stanley Works.
John Byxbee, VP of Sales
John came to Flo-Tech in 2015 with over 25 years of experience in office imaging solutions and MPS, most recently at COS-Xerox/Global Imaging Systems in Indianapolis where he successfully integrated three distinct businesses into a single operating company. He also held various management positions at IKON Office Solutions, and led the strategy, business development and P/L for one of their largest business units.
